LIFE RARELY MOVES in a straight line
You've probably tried to get a handle on it by yourself. Maybe you've had periods where things felt better, then found yourself right back in the same place: the same arguments, the same patterns, the same disconnection.
I work with individuals and couples navigating sexual difficulties, intimacy issues, relationship challenges, emotional disconnection, betrayal, compulsive sexual behaviour, sex addiction and porn addiction. I also work with drug and alcohol addiction when it intersects with these. If you're ready to truly understand what's driving these patterns and create lasting change, I'm here to help.
our services

Individual therapy is where we focus on you: what you're feeling, what's not working, and where you want to go. It's a space to bring whatever you're carrying. Together, we'll explore what's really going on, unpack the patterns keeping you stuck, figuring out what needs to shift and how to make it happen.
-
Relationships are complicated, and sometimes the patterns that once worked stop serving you. Couples counselling helps you and your partner navigate conflict, rebuild connection, and communicate in ways that actually land. Whether you're working through a rough patch or strengthening your foundation, we'll create space for honest conversations and real change.

Clinical supervision is where you develop your skills, work through complex cases, and reflect on your growth as a therapist. I provide a supportive, reflective space to explore your clinical work, navigate ethical challenges, and build confidence in your practice. Whether you're newly registered or deepening your expertise, supervision helps you become the therapist you want to be.
Meet your therapist
Hi, I’m Alyssa.
LCSW, CSAT Candidate
I've been doing this work for over ten years, and the issues I'm most passionate about are the ones people find hardest to bring up including sex, intimacy, relationship struggles, infidelity, compulsive sexual behaviour, and pornography addiction. The stuff that feels too complicated or too scary to say out loud. I also work with drug and alcohol addiction, especially when it's wrapped up in relationships.
My style is warm, direct, compassionate and nonjudgmental. You can bring the messy, complicated, unfiltered version of yourself and your relationship. It's not just welcome, it's what therapy is truly about.
